Ordering and Delivery
What is the status of my order?
Thank you for placing an order with us! We'll keep you updated by email when your order has been shipped. If you haven't received your package after 3 business days, please contact us at info@bonyours.nl .
What is your delivery time?
In general, orders placed today will be delivered the next day. Exceptions include orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and during the weekend. These will be shipped the next business day. Due to high demand, our delivery time may be longer than you're used to. Therefore, keep a close eye on our website! You can find the current delivery times at the top of the homepage, on the item page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. Delivery times may be longer during the holidays, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Your package will be delivered Monday through Saturday to your chosen address in the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €75. For orders over €75, shipping is free.
For packages with a delivery address abroad, the shipping costs are €15,- for orders under €150. Above this amount, we will ship your order free of charge.
When will I receive confirmation of my order?
Thank you for your order! We'll send you an order confirmation within an hour. Haven't received it yet? Our confirmation might have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder, so please check that as well.

Can I cancel my order?
After you place your order, our warehouse immediately begins processing it. Therefore, it's not possible to cancel your order. You can always return an order afterward and place a new (modified) order. Do you have a question about your order? Please contact us at info@bonyours.nl .
Can I pay later?
This is possible if you use a credit card as payment method. The amount will be reserved and debited only after your order has been delivered. Please note that this depends on the monthly charge to your credit card.
We've also added Klarna as a payment system. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive information from Klarna about how and when to complete your payment.

Will I get my shipping costs back after returning?
No, after returning your order, you will receive the purchase amount back minus the shipping costs.
I received my order damaged. What now?
That shouldn't happen! Feel free to contact us at info@bonyours.nl and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
Exchanges and Returns
Where can I find the return form?
If you want to return an item, please contact us first at info@bonyours.nl . We'll provide you with all the information you need to make returning your package as easy as possible. This way, we'll also know your package is on its way, allowing us to process your return more quickly.
I returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
We'll refund your purchase price as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after we receive your return, using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. We'll wait to process your refund until we've received the returned products in good order.
