Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your Bonyours item, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. To initiate your return, please contact our Bonyours Team at info@bonyours.com. They will provide you with all the instructions for a simple return process.
We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours on weekdays. Because we're a small team, it may sometimes take a little longer. We'll do our utmost to help you quickly and attentively.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the shipping costs. Always keep your tracking number until your return has been processed.
- Customers can choose their own carrier and shipping service, but please note that only registered packages are considered 100% proof of return shipment arrival, as a signature from our warehouse is required.
- Processing your return can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return.
- Refunds can then take another 2-14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider. This is beyond our control.
- Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition: unused, unaltered, and free of stains or odors. They must be in their original packaging and any tags must still be attached.
- If items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to return the items at your expense or deduct repair costs from the refund amount.
- All refunds will be processed via the original payment method – we make no exceptions.
- Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
- A refund will only be issued after we have received and processed the returned package. If your return package is lost, you must provide proof of delivery by registered mail with a signature from our warehouse.
